To help us recruit social workers who are committed to working in Middlesbrough we are currently offering a 10% supplement to social work salaries. This additional 10% will be reviewed at the end of March 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Social Work Student about to qualify, a newly qualified Social Worker looking to complete the ASYE or an experienced Social Worker looking for a new challenge within Adult Social Care.

We have a range of opportunities within our Learning Disability and Transitions team, Locality teams and our Access team. Across the teams there is the opportunity to gain experience working collaboratively with partner agencies including South Tees NHS Foundation Trust, Tees Esk and Wear Valley NHS Trust and Accessing Change Together (ACT) Middlesbrough, amongst many others, whilst working to achieve the best outcomes for our communities.
