As an Early Years Advisor, you will have extensive knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted’s Early Years Inspection Framework and have experience of managing and co-ordinating early years settings, with a proven record of enhancing quality.

Early Years Advisors provide advice and support, with a focus on assessing compliance, monitoring the quality of provision, and evaluating progress. This role is an integral part of our Senior Management team. Early Years is a broad term and so this role is varied, fast paced, and covers a wide variety of aspects.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
• Carry out internal inspections and have excellent knowledge of the Early Years Inspection handbook and ensure that all nurseries are compliant with regards to the EYFS welfare requirements.
