Do you want to join an enthusiastic, highly motivated front of house team? Can you provide a high-quality reception and switchboard service and act as the main point of contact for all visitors to the Headquarters of East Sussex County Council in Lewes, or in the event of absence, support the receptions at other East Sussex County Council sites.

Are you friendly, hardworking with a can-do passionate attitude to ensure staff and visitors receive an excellent customer service? You will be joining a supportive team who have a wealth of knowledge and commitment so ideally you should have excellent communications skills, both on the telephone and in person and have a working knowledge of MS Office, albeit training can be provided.
