The Community Neurological Rehab Service have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and skilled clinician to join our well established team as a Specialist Neurological Nurse.

As a registered nurse you will work as an autonomous practitioner, working collaboratively within an integrated multi-disciplinary team, supported by the Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist and Clinical Team Leader. The successful candidate will be motivated, forward thinking, enthusiastic and committed to becoming involved in all aspects of the patient pathway.

You will assist in managing a complex caseload and provide expert assessment and long term condition management for patients with long term neurological conditions (predominantly Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Parkinson's disease). Input will be provided across the disease trajectory from education at onset through to mild and moderate complex disability.
