BroadstairsConnect2Kent is currently seeking 4 Financial Assessment & Benefits Officers to join a temporary on-going assignment for Kent County Council's Financial Assessment and Income Unit.
• 13.74 per hour
• Broadstairs
• Office based whilst training, hybrid after
• Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00
• 37 hours per week
Job Purpose
Financial Assessment and Income Unit complete financial assessments in accordance with the Council's charging policies and national legislation for people supported by Adult Social Care and Health. These people are receiving chargeable care and support services. Our team provide financial information and advice to external and internal customers.
Skills/Experience
• Educated to minimum A level or NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or another relevant subject.
• Able to travel and work flexibly across the opening hours of the service according to changing demand.
