Do you like working outdoors? Are you currently working in the construction industry as an operative looking to gain leadership experience? If so, we have a great opportunity to join our Sewer Renovations team as a Construction Team Leader.

You will work across Bridgwater and the surrounding areas with the main depot being based in West Huntspill. In addition to your salary, you will benefit from a monthly bonus on the completion of your probationary period.

You will also have access to a company vehicle.

What you'll do

Our Sewerage Renovations teams provide a vital service, helping to ensure we supply water and provide sewerage services to our 2.9 million customers.

As one of our Construction Team Leaders, you will work in a team carrying out repairs on sewer assets to make sure they meet quality and customer service standards.

Day-to-day you will work on the waste network, undertaking repairs and civil reinstatements on sewer pipes, rising mains and manhole chambers.
