Overview
• Outsource UK is partnering with BAE Systems to recruit a Systems Engineer at their Barrow site on a 12-month contract working for a major defence client.
• Leading, facilitating, and supporting the requirements change management process(es) in Dynamic Object Orientated Requirements System (DOORS).
• Providing leadership, guidance and coaching to other engineers on Systems Engineering Requirements Management, especially planning and traceability of Independent Verification and Validation.

The Main Requirements Are
• Degree qualified in relevant STEM subject or demonstrable experience of working as a systems engineer in large projects
• Requires a breadth and depth of design knowledge related to complex systems and processes
• Experience of using the DOORs toolset is a must.
• Ability to interact and influence a wide variety of stakeholders
