Cherish UK have an exciting opportunity for Senior Care workers. We have a number of openings to join a new service, The Transfer of Care Rapid Response Team. Working across the whole of Wigan borough the Team will be assisting people to get home from hospital safely, confidentaly and assisting them to be able to remain at home post discharge. These duties may include moving and handling, assessing and personal care. This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting and critical service.
