Title: Secured Lending Fee Earner

Salary: £40,000

Location: MCR (Hybrid Working - 3 Home / 2 Office)

If you have experience handling your own caseload of conveyancing files and are used to working towards targets this position is the ideal next step for you. On arrival you will be provided with a development plan and unmatched benefits along with an impressive quarterly performance related bonus.

Responsibilities:
• Quality check purchase and refinancing files.
• Assist junior members of the team with more complex enquiries.
• Delegate work to assistants.
• Keep CRM up to date.
• Maintain company KPI’s.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally.

Experience/Skills Required:
• Minimum 2 years experience running your own caseload.
• Demonstrate experience working on conveyancing files with business clients.
• Team player
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Organised
• Punctual
• Motivated
• Experience using a CRM (VisualFiles/Proclaim)
