Do you have financial management experience and control & reporting qualification of projects within the NGO sector?

Are you good at distance working and capacity building of people from different professions and cultures?

Can you present complex financial information and procedures clearly to non-financial staff?

If so, you may be our new Finance Controller.

You will be part of the HQ finance team and mainly provide finance control, budget support, and reports to ensure donor compliance with focus on certain countries and in collaboration with both finance and non-finance colleagues. This implies that you will be responsible for monitoring some field accounting and reporting and provide support and capacity building to field finance staff.
