Position Description

Position Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Upper South Island

Position Reports to: National Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and grow customer relationships within allocated region (Nelson, Marlborough, West Coast) via face to face, phone and email

· Maximize sales opportunities to achieve or exceed budget

· Investigate and develop any and all sales opportunities

· Meet all reporting requirements: Sales, OHS & Wellbeing

· Keep abreast of industry issues and technical developments/knowledge

· Delivery of monthly sales forecasts

· Implement sales and marketing brand plans

· Provide technical support & service to all customers

· Liaise with customer service to update and maintain customer database, activate sales orders and follow up on deliveries

· Regular reporting to National Sales Manager and Country Manager as required

· Develop relationships with key industry personnel and promote UPL Products
