Our client a major player in Hospitality is seeking to urgently appoint a GM Operations at one of their Hotel, Casino, and Conferencing facilities, based in Mahikeng, North-West:

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
• BCom Business Management + Hotel or Hospitality Management qualification + Management Development Programme (advantageous)
• English home language speaker + bilingual in Afrikaans
• Computer literate MS Office - advanced Excel
• Minimum of 8 years Hotel / Hospitality, Gaming experience
• 5 Years' experience at a senior Management level
• Valid driver’s licence and willing to travel as and when required
• Able to work extended hours and over weekends and public holidays
• Required to work in a smoking environment
• Required to meet the regulatory requirements of the respective gaming boards
• Valid driver’s licence and willing to travel as and when required
