Robert Half has an urgent need for a Help Desk Analyst. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be a creative problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. Due to this Help Desk Analyst role having a large amount of visibility within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Strathroy, Ontario with travel to Kitchener every couple of weeks. This is a permanent opportunity.
• First and Second Level Support for IT Services in North America. Working through Incidents and Requests, tracking and documenting steps until Resolution or Fulfillment in our Service Desk tool.
• Deployment of IT Services to New and Existing Employees within the company.
