As Our Housing Administrator, you would provide all administrative functions and manage the business affairs of Kinsmen Garden Court, a seniors complex located in Peterborough Ontario. This would include renting units, collecting and depositing rents, paying all accounts, keeping electronic financial records through Simply Accounting, preparing and monitoring Capital and Operating Budgets, completion of necessary reports, and dealing with tenant's requests or issues as they arise.

In conjunction with the Superintendent of Maintenance oversee the maintenance function including capital projects and repairs and renovations. The Superintendent of Maintenance will report through the Housing Administrator to The Board of Directors, who also reports directly to the Board.

This very flexible part-time role is mostly done from home, but would require you to be able to attend at the housing complex regularly as needs arise.
