Position: Meat Cutter - Full Time

What You’ll Do
• Provide exceptional service to our customers
• Prepare special cuts and orders per customer request
• Provide suggestions to customers on different cuts, cutting techniques and serving size
• Offer customers samples, substitutes or suggestions on products
• Set-up department, product presentation and product image
• Maintain product quality by date checks and product rotation
• Follow Food, Health and Workplace Safety standards

What We Are Looking For
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous experience with cutting meat
• Knowledge of raw materials, product processes and quality control costs
• Arm-hand steadiness
