Job Description

Job Purpose

Lead a team of Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers. Coordinate customer implementations with OnX from contract phase through program delivery and billing of projects and programs with difficult complexity and scope.

Utilize Project Management tools (project schedules, gap analysis, risk analysis, etc.), maintain customer and project team collaboration, manage customer expectations and status meetings, and identify project risks.

Contribute to and / or lead OnX PMO initiatives to increase productivity, recognize hard and soft cost savings, and deliver increased customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions
• 30% - Coordinate with customers to manage the implementation of projects that have medium to difficult complexity. Construct and publish dedicated project schedules
