Clerk IV - Volunteer Resources and Student Services

Western Memorial Regional Hospital (Monaghan Hall)

Definition of Work: This position assists with operations of the Volunteer Resources and Student Services Department. To support Volunteer Resources, job duties include development and implementation of volunteer programs, volunteer recruitment including interview, reference and screening processes, onboarding/orientation of volunteers, and overseeing the volunteer database. In support of Student Services, this position co-ordinates student clinical placements, communicates with preceptors and field placement instructors, placement co-ordinators at educational institutions, and students, liaises with similar positions in other Zones, and performs administrative work within the HSPNet platform. The position performs other duties as required.
