As part of the Marketing & Communications department and reporting to the General Manager of Marketing & Communications, this position supports all internal departments of the association through design of marketing materials, branding support, and other visual communications.

The position will be working directly from the RMA offices in Nisku, AB.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Designing, updating, and maintaining materials and publications to support RMA activities, potentially including (but not limited to):
• Templates (typically created in Microsoft Office programs for use by non-technical staff)
• Proposal documents and reports to support Business Services activities
• Annual report and year-in-review documents
• Event handbooks and related materials
• Directories of approved suppliers and programs
• Marketing materials, sales collateral, and presentations
• Infographic design
• Campaign design
