The Inbound Planner is responsible for the execution of the necessary daily activities that ensure the timely receipt of products arriving at principal-managed warehouses/inventory locations. This requires multiple contacts with supplying sites and with a network of supply chain partners and carriers around the world.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
• Organize the receipt process of products arriving at Principal warehouses, including but not limited to:
• Follow-up of transport, forwarding and customs formalities, including timely provision of import and/or export documentation
• Act as the point of contact for internal and/or external customers to keep them informed about the status of pending orders and delivery details.
• Quality Release Support:
• Manage complaints & deviations impacting inbound operations and resolve issues blocking inbound processes to ensure no delay.
