Need a motivated and focused Team Leader for Data Annotation and Sourcing project.

Bachelor Degree or Equivalent

Should have experience with data annotation services and should be able to define and configure annotation rule.

Should be able to capture object meta data and store the same.

Good to have experience with web services and related technologies

Should be able to create and inspire team environment with an open communication culture.

Should be able to set clear team goals, define and configure annotation rule.

Should be able to delegate tasks, set benchmark of quality and throughput and set deadlines for your internal team.

Should be instrumental to able to oversee day-to-day operation, monitor team performance and report on metrics.

Should be able to review team throughput and quality on a daily basis and provide feedback to team members.
