• Manage HR framework and tools within an area of expertise thus ensuring compliance with design principles, internal policies, external legal requirements.
• Oversee, implement and maintenance of policies, procedures, rules and regulations in accordance with corporate guidelines & business strategies and in compliance with applicable government legislation.
• Development and Management of HR agenda that closely supports the organizational goals in collaboration with the organization's leadership.
• Improving business results as well as team effectiveness by ensuring that HR strategies and plans are translated into concrete actions and tangible results.
• First point of contact for local management levels (Disciplinarian Managers below ML & non-ML leveled) thus providing 1:1 advisory in business and people-related topics along the entire employee lifecycle in representing the HR service portfolio.
