The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire Continuous improvement process. Implement and coordinate standardized work in production areas, maintaining the system of improvement ideas based on the guidelines established in SPSS, ensuring effectiveness in production results.

Responsibilities

• Create projects to support top management in process improvement efforts

• Manage project improvements and assign task to the experts

• Budget and people administration for every improvement project

• Analyze the scope, objective, cost, length and viability of projects

• Develop and coordinate projects of new improvement processes

• Identify and acknowledge the effects and bottle neck of each stage in the process

• Follow up the implemented improvement projects and verify their documentation

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering; engineering, mechanical.
