Director of Revenue Management

Keys Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the resort's revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize pricing and inventory management.
• Lead the revenue management team as well as the reservations team in forecasting, budgeting, corporate initiatives and reporting.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and regional teams to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Advise senior management on revenue performance, market dynamics, and strategic opportunities.
• Implement and monitor revenue management systems and tools.

Qualification
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with automated revenue management systems, experiences in reservations and sales is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a hotel industry related field (e.g. Diploma in Hotel Management)
• Excellent in analytical & problem solving skills with commercial aspect
