Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Contracts Department (Code 400) of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC), of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR. Responsibilities You will serve as Contracting Officer, with an unlimited warrant and is responsible for pre-award and post-award responsibilities on actions within their authority. You will develop and implement acquisition strategies for award and execution of complex Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) availabilities for ship repair and maintenance for both surface ships and CVNs. You will direct administrative and technical performance, reviews contractor's processes, and reviews government work packages.
