The Service Specialist must be able to juggle multiple tasks at once while maintaining strict attention to detail. They need to provide leadership and guidance to their team members in order to ensure that they are providing quality service to customers. Further shall be responsible in providing high quality services under his/her assigned area.
• Oversees the day-to-day operations of Velox Fuel Stations within the assigned area.
• Cultivates a strong team of committed Station Supervisors that will implement

business plan and maintain excellent station performance.
• Ensures maintenance of all station equipment.
• Ensures that the forecourt area and rest room are orderly and properly cleaned at all times
• Implements good housekeeping standards.
• Supervises performance of all pump attendants.
• Coaches and mentors all pump attendants on standard station operations and customer service.
