Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the new supplier import review, supplier parts development progress management, to ensure that the supplier APQP process is controlled and put into production on time;
• Promote the improvement of supplier systems, enhance process capabilities, and ensure stable quality;
• Establish an effective management system to ensure the compliance of Tire N supplier supply chain, material use, process changes, etc.;
• Establish an effective supplier management &IQC incoming material inspection system to ensure the stable quality of the materials put into production;
• Customer complaints and returned products to assist in analysis and investigation and follow-up of measures;
• Establish and improve the supplier's quality management system to ensure that it is consistent with the actual operation and compliance;
• Support the company's external (customer, third-party) audit;
