Principal functions and responsibilities:

Manage and implement timekeeping and track annual leave of employees.

Quản lý và thực hiện chấm công, theo dõi phép năm của người lao động.

Responsible for calculating salaries and benefits of employees according to company regulations and procedures.

Chịu trách nhiệm về tính lương và phúc lợi của công nhân viên theo quy định, quy trình của công ty.

Carrying out operations related to social insurance, heathcare insurance, personal income tax and other employee benefits

Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ liên quan bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm heathcare, thuế thu nhập cá nhân và các chế độ khác của người lao động

Drafting and submitting labor contracts, labor contract appendices, etc., maintaining employee records.
