Job Scope

· Gain practical experience in procurement and planning methodologies.

· Collaborate with diverse stakeholders (various departments and suppliers) to ensure efficient procurement processes.

· Assist in vendor selection, negotiation, and contract finalization.

· Support project managers in drafting comprehensive plans, schedules, and budgets.

· Coordinate with vendors to track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

· Identify resource requirements and procurement needs for project execution.

· Facilitate cross-functional teamwork to align procurement activities with project milestones.

· Engage in continuous learning opportunities to enhance procurement and project planning skills.

· Perform any other duties as and when assigned.
