1. He has min 4 years of experience in API & Pharmaceutical Intermediate manufacturing.

2. He is able to handle 10-15 team member independently.

3. He has good exposure to manage bulk production. He has a skill to plan production & execute all plan without any deviation.

4. He has good knowledge of chemistry & engineering for managing plant operations.

5. He is able to coordinate with third party on technical issue of plant operations & close any problems in desire time frame.

6. He is able to coordinate with R&D for scale batches & execute R&D projects at plant scale along with R&D.

7. He has good exposure & experience of trouble shooting of plant operational issue without affecting production .

8. He is capable enough to drive continuous imrovement drive in plant for cost reduction & quality establishment.

9. He must have knowledge of GMP documentation & he is able to establish & sustain GMP system in plant.
