Halifax Water is inviting applications for one (1) Term (approx. 6 months) Full-Time Process Technician (Float) based out of the Eastern Passage Wastewater Treatment plant. Halifax Water believes a diverse workforce positively contributes to its success, and the success of our community. The Process Technician is a technical, team-oriented position requiring the appropriate knowledge and hands-on skills to operate, maintain, repair, and service wastewater treatment assets. The successful incumbent will administratively report to the Eastern Passage Wastewater Treatment Supervisor but will be required to work at any of Halifax Water's Wastewater Facilities on an as needed basis. Working hours will be based on the schedule of the assigned Wastewater Treatment Facility, shift work shall be required.
