The HSSE Manager has direct management and oversight of the Health, Safety, Security and Environmental plans, policies, procedures, and compliance programs for the O&M operations in the Altamira 3 and 4 Power Plant.

Job Responsibilities
• HSSE Support for the Mexico O&M-MIP Altamira III and IV Power Plant

Required Skills / Knowledge
• Candidate must have demonstrated knowledge of Health and Safety laws and regulations, project management, procedure development, computer and communication skills.
• Ability to deal with complex safety situations is required.
• Candidate must be a self-starter with a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently.
• Preferred skills in customer-focused Service Excellence such as data-driven, continuous improvement, process improvement, lean 6 sigma, root cause analysis, and change management.
