Introduction

We are recruiting for a Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for attracting and sourcing high caliber talent aligned

with the business strategy. This role works closely with Line Managers and Functional Directors to find

the best candidates for the various positions the company needs to fill.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job function includes but are not limited to the following:

Recruiting to meet hiring goals
• Manage recruitment needs including implementing and continually developing a robust recruitment process.
• Timeous recruitment and placement of qualified and appropriately skilled staff in line with the company’s employment equity initiatives
• Ensure job descriptions are created for position advertisements
• Ensure all relevant talent acquisition policies and processes are kept up to date and are accessible
• Manage stakeholder, vendor, and third-party relationships.
