Reports to – Regional Sales Manager KZN

Purpose: To achieve sales targets by maximizing sales opportunities and efficiently managing needs of customers
• Provide service excellence to clients
• Provide precise and clear communication to customer
• Get clear brief from customer on requests including product specs, usage, budgetary and timing expectations
• Understand customer need clearly to ensure correct product is quoted first time
• Ensure all requests are quoted to customer within 24 hours
• Procure nonstock demand items as per customer orders within specified delivery requirements with assistance of procurement team
• Follow up on orders and delivery to ensure quick turnaround
• Keep Customer constantly informed of progress and timing of quotes, orders and deliveries
• Manage any issues or queries efficiently and effectively to minimize impact on client
