TPurpose of the Position:

The Complex Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the complex, including the supervision of maintenance and ground staff, and security personnel, and the execution of projects to enhance the complex's facilities and services. This position requires an innovative person who wants to work with the body corporate to bring the complex to what it deserves to be.

• Oversee daily operations of the complex, ensuring efficient management of maintenance and security teams.
• Plan, execute, and manage projects related to facility upgrades, renovations, and repairs.
