Main Purpose:

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, the successful candidate will manage the service department to ensure productivity, efficiency and excellent customer service index scores. The Service Manager will manage cost and increase the profitability of the service department by ensuring workshop operating procedures and practices are adhered to and to maintain and improve Environmental, Health and Safety standards as regulated.
