Role Description

This is a full-time Technician Broker and Claims Consultant role at Deweni Risk Advisors located in Centurion, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Technician Broker, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to brokering insurance policies and providing technical support to clients. This includes reviewing policies, negotiating terms and conditions, analyzing risk factors, and preparing insurance proposals. You will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and providing excellent customer service.

The Ideal candidate
• Has a minimum of 5 years of short-term insurance in a brokerage, with commercial accounts
• Is familiar with HCV and GIT
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, terms, and conditions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
