We are currently looking for a driven and talented Head Chef for an established property in Clare. This Head Chef will be confident in leading a team, must be capable of looking after all the day to day kitchen operations and be able to bring new ideas to the business.

Sous Chefs looking for the next step with a similar background will be considered.

Candidate & Role Requirements:
• Looking for a Head Chef who has come from a busy restaurant background and is able for volume.
• Strong kitchen management skills required while carrying out this role.
• Strong kitchen manager required and must be able to lead the team.
• Able to develop the existing team while growing the kitchen brigade.
• Must be flexible to work the roster around business needs.
