Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching products/services to prospective clients, and maintaining a good working relationship with new, existing, and potential clients. The role requires excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. The Business Development Manager will be based in Bulawayo and may have the flexibility to work from home on some days.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Experience in business development and account management
• Ability to lead and work well in a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Background in the automotive industry is a plus
