Job Description:

The Major role of this position is Warehouseman/Timekeeper. He/She is responsible for issuance and receiving of materials; keeping track of inventory,disposing, storing and transport of goods. He/she is also responsible in tracking of workers timesheet and ensure the accuracy of time in and out of workers.

Minor role of this position is as safety officer 01 who will monitor compliance in safety such as cleanliness, wearing of PPE, and other site safety requirements.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• shall be in charge of the safekeep of the Storage Facilities of the Company
• shall keep a log of all incoming and outgoing materials, whereabouts and balances of materials
• shall develop a monitoring system of material pull out, where to be used, returned, etc
• shall make a monthly report on materials issued, used, returned, breakage, factory defect, etc
• shall maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
