A plastic pipe manufacturing company is in need of an Operations Manager for its Metro Manila plant. The successful candidate, directly reporting to the Plant Manager, will oversee the over-all manufacturing process to ensure optimized production.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Ten (10) years of experience in operations/production with 5 years of experience in a managerial role
Experience in plastics extrusion and injection
Competency in warehouse & logistics management
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational, project management, and communications skills
Detail oriented
Knowledgeable in SAP process and requirements
Willingness to be based in Pasig
Filipino candidates only
