• Attends daily start of the shift meeting facilitated by Junior/Senior Technician together with other technician.
• Perform start up and shutdown activities.
• Verify safety equipment prior to operation.
• Perform equipment change –over.
• Troubleshoot production equipments.
• Repair down/broken equipments.
• Prepares validation reports for every task done.
• Prepare summary of all activities done on a daily basis.
• Coordinate and cooperate to Jr. / Sr. Technician,Superior and co-technician at all times.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) on assigned machines/equipments.
