Job Responsibilities

▪ People Manager of Sales Executives under own allocated Area. Hence to coach, mentor, grow and engage Sales Executives to maximize their performance and potential.

▪ Plan & execute overall Open Channel expansion, based on existing Prepaid & Postpaid consumer density and new market opportunities.

▪ To explore green fields areas within a Cluster for further expansion.

▪ Cluster Owner to all Telco Prepaid & Postpaid related businesses under category of Open Channel & Modern Trade.

▪ Plan, develop and execute quarterly tactical sales program to achieve Prepaid & Postpaid target set upon.

▪ Perform Basic Performance Analysis to help translate to action items.
