I am working with a leading Technology company in Kazakhstan who are looking for a Legal Counsel to join them on an initial 3-month contract with the view to go permanent after:

Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to contracts, compliance, regulatory issues, intellectual property, and risk management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business initiatives, identify legal risks, and provide proactive solutions and recommendations to stakeholders.
