We have an opportunity for an exciting People Operations Manager role working directly for the HR Director across a varied portfolio of businesses including marine engineering, advanced manufacturing, marine training services and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage, develop, and deliver a high-performing HR Operations, fostering a culture of excellent, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage delivery of team OKRs across all activities and processes.
• Maintain and update relevant processes and procedures across the employee lifecycle and ensure effective education and communication to employees.
• Monitor relevant legislation so that policies and procedures are legally compliant.
• Manage employee relations cases, serving as advisor to employees, addressing their concerns and questions in a timely and empathetic manner, and investigating and resolving issues or grievances in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
