Job Description and Role Profile

Role Description

This is a key role in which you will be overseeing the implementation of a new initiative to establish a Support Network for Minority Ethnic Veterans from the Armed Forces. The project is funded for 3 years by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund, from April 2024 until March 2027. The worker will be based in the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan area for the first year but can work from home on occasions. There will be an increment paid in the 3rd year.

The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring that all operational processes are clearly defined and documented and will support the effective deployment and delivery of the project. The role is to manage the administrative and project delivery objectives, line managing an Administrator attached to the project.
