Locums First is seeking a Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join a GP practice in Lochmaddy.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct structured medication reviews (SMRs)
• Independent prescribing/deprescribing
• Provide medication advice to healthcare professionals and patients
• Optimises medication (e.g. antibiotic stewardship)
• Translates medicines national policies into local implementation
• Adopt a whole system approach to medicines management

Working Days and Hours:
• Flexible working days between Monday – Friday
• 8 hours a day
• Flexible between 08:00 – 18:00
• Long-term role
