Overview

We are seeking a skilled Capstan Setter experienced in operating Ward and Herbert machines, utilizing Landis or Coventry die heads, Fette rollers, and broaching techniques to produce precision fasteners from exotic materials. The ideal candidate will be proficient in quality inspection methods, including the use of micrometers, verniers, and shadow graphs. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately.

Responsibilities
• Set up and operate Ward and Herbert machines for the production of precision fasteners.
• Utilize Landis or Coventry die heads, Fette rollers, and broaching techniques as required for specific fastener designs and materials.
