Kent County Council have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to coordinate and drive the work streams that support the implementation of Kent’s Family Hub Programme (full-time and hybrid working). The Family Hub Programme is a three-year programme of change, developing and embedding the Department for Education Family Hub model in Kent.

The programme is now in Year 3 of delivery and the Project Manager will play a critical role in working with the Children, Young People and Education (CYPE) directorate and the Programme Manager to support the co-design, coordination and service delivery of the national Family Hub model.
