The Basics
• Location: (North Kent) Greater London, Kent and Surrey
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-5 with regular overtime available to those that want it
• Salary: £38,000 to c£45,000 Per Annum + Van/Fuel Card (DOE)
• Role: Planned and Reactive Maintenance within Commercial & Retail sector

Mobile Maintenance Electrician Duties & Responsibilities
• To carry out planned preventative maintenance schedules across multiple commercial and retail sites in London, Kent and the South East Counties
• Responding to more reactive calls throughout the day and offering first class customer service to clients to resolve any maintenance issues.
• A good working knowledge of building M&E services is beneficial
• General maintenance to Lighting: Emergency Lighting and Small Power
• Water temps / L8 Checks
• Completing logbooks
• Working to strict Health & Safety regulations

Mobile Maintenance Electrician Skills & Experience
