Hours: 35 hours per week (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 7 hours a day, flexible working pattern start between 8am/9am finish 4pm/5pm.

The Local Housing Manager team is at the very heart of a Housing 21 Retirement Living scheme. This customer-facing role supports the Local Housing Manager in providing a professional, high quality and effective housing and support service to residents.

The Assistant Local Housing Manager assists and deputises for the Local Housing Manager in being responsible for all aspects of court life and relationships with the local community.

The role is diverse, and no two days are the same. Our Assistant Local Housing Managers support all residents to enable them to live independently in their own homes, with a focus on tenancy sustainment, support and resident wellbeing.
